I can't forget those of you who already are purchasing a home but you have a dream of a certain kind of home for the future. You aren't sure whether this is the right time to buy a different home, you know the job market is uncertain, you have heard rumors. Or you are wondering if your home will sell and how much money you can expect to walk away with. If you just can't quite get that dream out of your head consider the following;
-As the commercial states, every market is different. Here is where you need to talk to a Realtor and also look at your credit. It would be a shame to get your present home sold and not be able to qualify for a new loan. Credit requirements have tighten you know.
-In terms of the market itself, this is a great time to buy that dream home. Whereas you may not get what you would have gotten a year ago for your present home, you won't have to pay what you would have paid a year ago for the dream home.
To summarize, my advise would be to pull your free credit report. How do you look? Are there things on there that don't belong or should have dropped off? Are you going to clean it up yourself or hire a service like www.WealthNWisdom.net?
Contact a Lender once your credit report has been cleared and talk about financing this new home. Bring the Realtor in and make it plain you are not sure whether you are going to list but want some help in deciding. If everything looks like a go, list your home. start packing and move on. Of course there are steps in between but your team of Realtor, Lender, etc will guide you until you to are holding the keys to your dream home.
