This week, I was made aware of a program from a Builder which will allow a renter to lease with option to purchase. on a brand new or newer home. This could be a big plus for those not ready to buy and definitely good for the Builder.
They also have apartment homes with nicely appointed 2 bedrooms from 972 to 1073 square feet for $885 to $985 monthly. The 3 bedrooms are from 1146 to 1315 square feet from $1040 to $1100 monthly.
