Hot leasing market
The rental market is hot , hot, hot in Katy and Cypress Texas. Our last listing only lasted a matter of days.
I hate to beat a dead horse, but here credit history is still important. I can't stress enough the need to pull your free credit report and start disiputing incorrect information or hire a service to do so. If you have dings and you have legitimate reasons why, write a letter, give the landlord a reason to lease to you.
