New master planned community west of Houston
When I am not selling homes, I am looking at them. Today I was looking and I like what I saw. This may not be the time for everyone to buy a home but for those who can...., meow. You are in the cat bird seat.
Picture this. New planned community, good schools, easy access to some major throughfares, not really far from anything you might need but a feeling of not living in the middle of the city either. Pricing? Mouthwatering. The Builder even has connection to a mortgage protection plan for which he will enter you for the first six months. If you should involuntarily lose your job, the plan will pay up to a mortgage note of $1800 for six months. You also have the option to continue the plan just like you would with a residential service contract. The Builder has also exceeded the industry standard for energy efficiency and get this,a 15 seer air conditioner! The room sizes were great , no 9X9's, nice storage and did I mention a master planned community? They even have a build on your lot program that is awesome.
