Who are all these supposed real estate experts?
I read an article this morning which stated, the realtor works for the seller of a home and the home inspector works for the realtor. They advised hiring your own expert inspector.
Who is this expert? Yes, a seller hires a realtor to work for them in selling their home. The buyer should also have a realtor they have hired to work for them in finding, negotiating and closing the deal. The buyer chooses an inspector to inspect the property and decide whether he wants to go through with the transaction. No where I know of does the inspector work for the realtor.
Every profession has it's good and bad ,but I want to hear your experiences with the real estate industry.
